In Our Corner

It has been my experience that sharing life

with others

is a difference maker,

whether we are learning from others,

supporting them, loving them, or

being loved by them.

I have benefitted from being with others:

therapists, spiritual directors, Twelve Step sponsors,

prayer partners, and friends who’ve held on for the ride.

When someone is in our corner,

when we feel understood by others,

and when we realize we’re not terminally unique,

we can rise above

and jump further than we ever could alone.
